- Property preferences — searches, saved listings, budget, and requirements you share with us.
- Transaction & compliance data — for clients proceeding to a deal, identity documents and source-of-funds information required for KYC/AML checks.
- Technical data — device, browser, and usage information collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
3. How we use your data
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange viewings, provide brokerage services, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing without a lawful basis or your consent.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a brokerage, and compliance with legal obligations (including anti-money-laundering and DLD/RERA requirements) as the lawful bases for processing.
