Yes. Every listing we advertise carries a RERA Trakheesi advertising permit issued by the Dubai Land Department, and our team checks the title, availability, and pricing before a property goes live. Look for the green “Verified listing” badge and the permit number on each listing.
Open any listing and use the calendar in the agent card to pick an available date and time. You will receive a confirmation with the option to confirm, reschedule, or cancel. You can also call, WhatsApp, or email the advisor directly.
Typical purchase costs are a 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee, a trustee office fee (AED 2,000–4,000 + VAT), a 2% agency commission (+5% VAT), and, if financing, a mortgage registration fee (0.25% of the loan + AED 290). Yes. Non-residents and expatriates can buy freehold property in Dubai’s designated freehold areas (Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, and many more) with full ownership rights. Our advisors will confirm the ownership type for any property you are considering.
The UAE Golden Visa grants a renewable 10-year residency to property investors. A property purchase of AED 2 million or more generally qualifies. Eligible sale listings show a “Golden Visa eligible” badge automatically.
Dubai rents are quoted per year and usually paid in 1–4 cheques. Every tenancy must be registered with Ejari (the RERA tenancy registration system), which is required for DEWA connections and visa processes. HomeSeek prepares the tenancy contract and registers Ejari on your behalf.
Use the “List your property” or “Owner management” pages, or contact an advisor. We handle photography, the RERA permit, portal publishing (Property Finder, Bayut), viewings, and negotiation, and keep you updated throughout.
